Safety is never an afterthought. Always in reach, any hour.
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is reachable before you ever sign in and on every screen — no subscription required. AORC is designed to lean toward reaching out, so a hard moment is met with support, not silence.
How safety works
988, always one tap away
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is reachable from every screen in the app — and even before you sign in, right from the login screen. No subscription required.
Support, surfaced early
AORC is designed to surface concerning signals early and bring supportive resources forward — so a hard moment is more likely to meet support than silence.
In-the-moment support
When support is needed, members immediately see caring, situation-specific resources — 988, the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741), and the SAMHSA national helpline.
Care-team alerting
For members served by a treatment program, designated staff can be notified of crisis signals by email — with reliable retry and no duplicate alerts, so concerning signals reach the right people quickly. SMS alerting is rolling out where configured.
Built for sensitive data, private by default.
Safety and privacy go hand in hand. Behavioral-health data deserves real care — AORC is built on HIPAA-ready architecture, with privacy by default, strict data isolation, and crisis alerts designed to contain no member-identifying content.
HIPAA-ready architecture
The platform is designed for behavioral-health data, with privacy by default.
Strict data isolation
Members can access only their own data; staff access is scoped strictly to their own organization and group.
Privacy-conscious analytics
Error tracking strips identifiers and free text before events are sent, with session replay disabled; analytics capture usage patterns without exposing health content.

Daily support, with a safety net underneath.
AORC is daily support — not a crisis service. If you or someone you love is in crisis right now, call or text 988.
