Angles ofRecovery Care
For individuals & families

Recovery happens between appointments. We're built for that part.

An addiction recovery app for the 167 hours a week you're not in a session: a two-minute daily check-in, coping skills chosen for how you actually feel, journaling, progress you can see, and crisis resources always one tap away.

What's inside

Everything you need for the daily work.

Calm, structured support — no lectures, no overwhelm.

Daily recovery check-in

A two-minute check-in across mood, anxiety, cravings, urges, and motivation — as often as you like, since feelings shift through the day.

AI-personalized skill picks

After each check-in, the app suggests the single best coping skill for how you're doing — with a warm, personal reason.

Coping-skills library

CBT and mindfulness exercises by category — each with video, step-by-step guidance, and a reflection when you finish.

Progress tracking

Streaks, a completion calendar, and mood trends over 7 days to 6 months — plus a day-by-day view of your week.

Personal recovery goals

Set a goal that matters to you, break it into small steps, attach notes and resources, and check them off as you go — on your own, or with a nudge from your care team.

Local resource finder

Find nearby support — food, housing, mental health, recovery, transportation, and more — on a map or list, sorted by distance.

Also includes a daily affirmation on your home screen; reminders and notifications in-app, by email, and by SMS (where configured); and an installable app on iPhone, Android & desktop.

On your own, or with a program

Yours to keep — and richer with a program.

On your own, you get AORC's full coping-skills library, daily check-in, and a nationwide resource finder. If your treatment center or recovery program uses AORC, you also get their content — custom exercises, check-in questions, and curated local resources — layered on top automatically, without changing a thing.

Support if a moment turns hard.

988 is always one tap away — even before you sign in. In a hard moment, you'll see caring, in-the-moment resources right away, including the Crisis Text Line and the SAMHSA national helpline. 988 is always free — no subscription needed.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is my journal private?

Your data is yours. If you enrolled through a treatment program, its staff see what they need to support you (check-in summaries, recent entries, crisis flags) — otherwise no treatment program or outside organization does. We never sell your data, and your entries are never used to train AI for other users.

Is AORC therapy or a crisis service?

No. AORC is a daily wellness tool for the time between appointments — not therapy, and not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, 988 is one tap away, free, even before you sign in.

What does the free trial include?

A 7-day free trial of the full app — daily check-in, exercises, journal, progress, and crisis resources. Cancel anytime.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from your profile — no commitment.

Does AORC support gambling recovery?

Yes. AORC supports recovery from alcohol, drugs, and gambling. The coping-skills library, journal, and progress tracking work the same way for gambling recovery, and the daily check-in tracks mood, anxiety, urges, and motivation. AORC is daily support — not a blocking tool, and not a substitute for treatment.

Start where you are, today.

No perfect moment required. A two-minute check-in is enough to begin.
